Thank you for shopping at Reise World Travel. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to review our refund policy.
General Policy
We offer refunds on products that are in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when purchased. The refund will be processed once we receive the product and confirm that it meets our refund criteria. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
E-liquids and consumable products such as coils, cartridges, pods, and batteries are not eligible for refunds due to health and safety reasons.
Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sethlind@reiseworldtravel.com We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at sethlind@reiseworldtravel.com. within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant details.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that we cannot process your refund until we receive the product.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer available, we will issue a store credit.
